Hefa operates three wholly-owned domestic factories and one joint-venture plant in India.

Domestic Factories (Jinhua Plant 1 & 2):

Covering 16,000 sqm with 180+ employees,equipped with 20+ advanced injection molding machines,4 semi-automated automotive vapor canister assembly lines,2 motorcycle vapor canister assembly lines,1 air spring stiffness valve assembly line,and 3 solenoid valve assembly lines.Annual capacity: 20+ million units.

Jinhua Plant 3 (Under Construction):

Located in the Jinhua New Energy Vehicle Town,adjacent to Leapmotor’s factory and only 2 km from the highway interchange.The plant spans 21,000 sqm with a built-up area of 52,000 sqm. Expected to commence operations in the second half of 2026,it will add an annual capacity of 10 million units.The facility will include two modern workshops,a new office building,an R&D center, and a CNAS-standard laboratory.

Indian Joint Venture:

Mega Hefa Emission Technologies Private Limited, based in the RIICO Industrial Park,Rajasthan, India,produces vapor canisters,related accessories,and various valves.Key clients include Honda, Kawasaki, Unilever, and TCL.

Hefa is committed to sustained innovation.With a professional team of over 20 members and an annual R&D investment exceeding RMB 10 million,we have successfully accumulated a portfolio of 60+ patents (including 6 invention patents) 

by August 2025, establishing a robust technological asset base.

Hefa operates two laboratories equipped with comprehensive testing facilities capable of covering nearly all validation requirements, including:

1.Functional tests such as BWC,GWC,and ORVR

2.Environmental adaptability tests including thermal cycling endurance,thermal shock, damp heat,chemical resistance,and salt spray testing

3.Mechanical performance tests such as vibration resistance and drop testing

4.Sealing and pressure resistance tests including leak tests and positive & negative pressure resistance tests

5.Basic dimensional and visual inspections

Supported by a QC team of over 20 professionals,every product undergoes dozens of rigorous inspections from development to final packaging,with 100% inspection at all critical process stages.This uncompromising quality system ensures a perfect complaint-free record for our automotive vapor canisters exported to the U.S. aftermarket for years.We have obtained supplier laboratory accreditation from leading automakers such as BYD,Changan,Foton, and Leapmotor,and have established long-term strategic partnerships with multiple renowned domestic and international automotive manufacturers.

Hefa is the drafting organization of the group standard “T/ZZB 2462 Charcoal Canister for Gasoline Vehicles” issued by the Zhejiang Brand Building Federation.

Hefa has obtained management system certifications including IATF 16949 Quality,ISO 14001 Environmental,

ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety,and Intellectual Property Management System,along with honors and certifications such as "Zhejiang Made" and High-Tech Enterprise accreditation.
